My role as your doula is to help you find the strength and power to birth your baby and enter into parenthood with confidence. I walk this journey with you by supporting you with information so you are empowered in your choices, emotional presence to help you have a more positive childbirth experience, and and bring tricks and tools of the trade ease you into parenthood.
