This shop was recommended and I cannot say that I had a pleasant experience. I brought my 2007-G35 in to William for a rear bumper replacement and I must say once I got my car back everything seemed perfect (the paint shined to no end). Once I got the car washed someone pointed out that the alignment between the bumper and the body was in question and it truly looked like amateur hour. The left side of the bumper protruded from the rest of the car by almost an quarter inch. The fact that some stranger pointed it out and not the so called professional has me irate, more-over I’ve had 5 people ask me who did that to you. Once I pointed it out to William he offered no solution and blamed it on a used bumper. It is my option that any professional can make mistakes, however, I am here to spend my hard earned money on quality craftsmanship from a seasoned professional. Now I have a second professional (Car West) on the job. Thanks for the lesson!
