Vino Vargas produces award-winning, single vineyard wines hand-crafted to achieve a balance that will delight your palate. As part of your tasting experience, guided by either the winemaker Pedro Vargas or sommelier Vicky Vargas, you will learn each wine’s unique name and story that will enhance your appreciation of them. The Paso Doble sparkling wines are made by hand in the winery using Methode Champenoise, in the tradition of Champagne, to be Brut dry and delicious. The collection of wines includes Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, red wine blends based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre, Syrah, and Grenache, as well as rose wines and white wines made with Chardonnay and Albariño.
