Well, I had my daughter go to get me the grilled chicken sandwich with grilled sourdough bread, cheese and bacon. Well, it had a the tiny end piece of tomato, and the bread was straight out the bag! No grilling whatsoever! The sandwich was naked really, so I sent my daughter back so they could fix it. And in the mean time I called them to let them know they made a mistake. Well I've been calling for 15 minutes, and the phone is on fax, so of course they're not answering the phone. I can't stand that!
So my advice to you is, go to a different Jack in the box to get your food. Cause if they can't answer the phone, they don't care about giving you food that up to any standards.
