CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

we reserved an SUV 2 weeks in advance. it was all good. they even took us back to show us the vehicle that we were reserving. so we got a confirmation slip, number, the whole deal. we went in this morning no less than 20 minutes after the doors had open, only to be told that they gave away our vehicle that morning. if business hours says they open at 7:30, how are they going to give it away at 7:00? what's the freaking point of reserving a vehicle if it's not going to be reserved for you? anyway, some of the people there are nice, but they've got to get a better system going.
