Nice clean storage helpful workers need to beef up security though big time our storage got burglarized there and 8 others also with 2weeks of time insurance was great fast payout and a easy fast process...

Have had storage with them for about two years now. Completely happy there. No pest problems which is extremely important for me. Good security and easy access. Good management.

There Safe and the Customer Service is Fantastic!

I have used this facility for four years and counting. There's staff on-site to deal with any issues that you have on weekdays during business hours. The security system is legit. There's an elevator for 2nd floor storage units. I recommend bringing your own dolly to haul your items to and from your unit.

This is a great facility. Very secure gate requiring access code. It’s in a safe neighborhood with quick access from San Pablo ave. We have had 2 units for a few years now and they are a reasonable price especially for this area. The management is on site, they are friendly and professional and keep the premises in top condition. Living in this area there is definitely a need for additional storage space and this place has been great for our needs.

Starting with the phone support I received form Viri- she was amazing. She helped coordinate a location, day and price that was all within my needs.

The location and management Enrique and Melisa did a fantastic job of making a really challenging day as painless as possible. Frankly I was so frazzled juggling so many things that day, doing the paperwork and going over the storage stuff felt like a holiday. Moving for any reason is stressful but this part was easy. Thanks for the professionalism and care.
