I had the unfortunate experience experience of living at Pacific View for two and a half years. Pacific View change owners part way through my stay and that was for the worse. While I was staying there, there was a horrendous drug problem along with drug dealers coming in and out of the building at all hours. Staff was aware of this problem and they would look the other way. There were numerous health condition problems ranging from cleanliness of shared bathrooms to mice infestation on the second floor. I actually named the mouse that would come in my room regularly. As far as the problems with staff, I do not know where to begin. There has been finacial abuse to tenants and pacific view was cited for it. Verbal abuse. The regular admin went on indefinite leave of absence. I would reccomend anyone considering this place to review their file at community care licensing.
