The Palos Verdes Inn is the filthiest unfairly priced low budget hotel amongst neighboring local higher quality hotels.Managent targets on the unfortunate fixed incomed.Its fair to say that based on collected interviewed information,thiers a fluxuated price from client/tenant to client/tenant based on what one has and what one looks like its valued,which in the mind of any intelligent being would be identified as steriotyping.Its infested with bed bugs,roaches,galvinized plumbing or outdated copper plumbing,cracked walls,leaking ceilings with water damange,broken washing and drying machines and worst of all threatining management that expects to manipulate tenants with the terror of eviction by collecting various minimal amounts of funds or what ever cash one has in pocket using the remaining balance as leverage against them.
