We invest in residential mortgage notes secured by real estate providing investors long term passive income at over all yields higher than those produced by stocks. All investments are in first position liens on properties primarily located in the Mid-West. Investments amounts range from $25,000 to $75,000 with terms of 5 to 25 years. Each note is thoroughly underwritten with a loan to values of 60% or less and borrowers having good pay histories for a minimum of at least two years.
