Sorry to disagree with previous poster but my experience with them was far from satisfying. We used them for an important client at their office wooing a potential buyer. They could not source the wine the guest of my client requested, I couldn't get callbacks from the sales staff, the crew were wearing 5 different variations on the uniform I requested, their was about 2/3 the staff I had requested, worst of all, there was apparently no one in charge! Everytime I pointed out a problem,I was told, "I don't make the rules, ma'am, I just work for these guys".



Fortunately the catering team that provided the hors d'oeuvres were more than capable of covering for them. They brought ice, they ran out to get the wine I needed. Next time I'll hire my own bartenders and servers. I would think the results would be more professional and it would have saved my client a lot of money. The people who provided the food were based in SF, the people who provided the drinks were from the suburbs. I'm not a snob but....it showed. Sorry.
