... called looking for a fairly specific part. living 45 minutes away, I at least wanted to know if the range of parts might be there. Mr dude couldn't be bothered to give me any answer except from his phone at the COUNTER, that he could'nt say that they would have a part, I would have to come in and check for myself. That offers a big fat 0 on the customer service range. That puts this long running hardware store right up with the others we all know for their non customer service. If you can't find customer service in a hardware store......
