It was time to replace a 20 year old dishwasher. I prefer to buy appliances at a locally based appliance store. Martin and Harris did not disappoint. They had the brand we decided on after web based research (Consumer Reports et al). The salesperson explained our options, we made choice and the salesman told us to measure counter height before we closed the deal. We went home, confirmed the fit, called the store and placed the order. Within 30 minutes the installer called to schedule delivery and installation. Try that at a big box store. In addition we were able to take advantage of a manufacturer rebate that wasn't available at big box stores.

I am surprised to read reviews complaining about poor service. Hey maybe it's you.

I scheduled an appointment with an 'expert' at Sears. She didn't show up. I tried to call Home Depot but no one answered the phone in the appliance department. So I drove to Martin and Harris and spoke to Mike and Chris, who have over 40 years experience. I was undecided between a Maytag and Kitchen Aid. Chris pointed out the control panel warranty on the Kitchen Aid was 5 years, but just one year on the Maytag. That decided it for me. The dishwasher was hooked up by their installer and the old Maytag hauled away. Later research showed that the major complaint about the Maytag was the control panel burning out. Thanks to Mike and Chris, that's one less thing to worry about. And the new dishwasher is so quiet that its hard to know it on. Thanks Mike and Chris.

I have only had wonderful experiences with Martin & Harris Appliances. I use them for my business and highly recommend them. They are extraordinarily fast with deliveries, incredibly knowledgeable, and take the time to take care of their customers. 5 stars!

I have always had the best experience buying appliances for our multiple rental properties and my own personal home. The service and follow through is something to cherish!

I'm a property manager and had been using another service company for 15 or 20 years. They would get to an appliance problem within a week or so. When the refrigerator at my house broke down I couldn't wait, so I called Martin & Harris. Fred came to the house the next day and replaced the failed sensor. I also asked him about an ongoing problem I'd had with the icemaker which my old repair company had worked on several times over the years. Fred said it needed a new part. He showed me how to swap the part and ordered it for me. When it arrived I put in in and the problem was gone.

We won't buy appliances from anywhere else ever again. Martin & Harris proves that proper customer service is not dead - in fact, it's alive and kicking. We had a horrible experience with seeking repairs from another appliance vendor and decided to purchase a new refrigerator from Martin & Harris. They were awesome moving in the new one and taking out the old!

When we had some issues with the ice maker six months later, we called them up and scheduled repairs. No issues whatsoever - they simply replaced the ice maker within the unit. A complete pleasure to work with. Awesome crew!

I have purchased numerous appliances from Martin & Harris for over 20 years. I have also ordered parts. The service is excellent. The selection is extensive. The salesmen are professional. The repairs are trustworthy Delivery is free what more could a customer ask for?

Charlie was wonderful checking my electric oven calibration-courteous, high level of professionalism & clear communication on timing.Lastly, fee was reasonable too. Highly recommend this business.
