I recently contract with Phil @ AVT to my Media Center and Lighting Control in my new custom home. He was not only able to create the system that was perfect for me, he took the time to educate me on some other technologies that I could either add now or do the wiring for so if I wanted to add them in the future we didn't have to tear open the walls and run wires. It was very low pressure and I am VERY THANKFUL he did that as I have recently recontracted with him to add more keypads and controls to the house as I am finding that it is a much bigger house than I have owned in the past and having the control to use the house the way I want to is VERY helpful. He made everything so easy to use that I have even had my In-Laws over a couple times and they were able to understand and use my TV and lighting without ANY instruction. I still CANNOT believe it. Before they were afraid to touch anything as they would probably screw it up, but now they love it! Overall it was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. He really went above and beyond to take care of my needs, or wants I should say.
