Avoid this florist at all costs. I placed an order for orange roses for my moms birthday. This is what I had delivered. I called and the lady I spoke with said that the arrangement she delivered is better than what I ordered. She didn’t apologize for delivering the wrong thing. I said I specifically asked for orange roses and she said well if I knew that then I would not have delivered this. She said sometimes they substitute for what they don’t have. She said she can make a delivery tomorrow I said no thanks. Never buying flowers from here again. Not worth the money or the hassle. I should have read the reviews. The flowers aren’t even that special for the cost I paid.

This place is a scam. I ordered a yellow and purple bouquet without any filler and instead they sent a basket with white and pink flowers. Um yeah, not even close. Never again. After reading other reviews elsewhere, it seems they have a rampant history of just sending whatever they feel like getting rid of. Steer clear.

I have been using their services since the late 90's and they have always had top notch customer service. Out of at least 3 dozen orders I've put in, I have only had 1 small issue and they handled it quickly and professionally. Their flowers are gorgeous and always great quality. I would highly recommend this florist!!!

Do not use this florist. I called on a Monday morning to order flowers to be delivered on Wednesday. I called two days in advance because I wanted my flowers to be delivered in the morning for a friend's birthday. Crow Canyon Florists did not even make an attempt to find the recipient until after 3pm that day, receiving her voicemail they made no further attempt to deliver the flowers on her birthday. My friend called them back and they promised the flowers would be delivered first thing Thursday morning. It's 12:40pm and she's heard nothing from them. To top it off, the florists never informed me about any of this. CROW CANYON FLORIST IS THOUGHTLESS AND THEY RUINED MY BIRTHDAY SURPISE. If you want you flowers delivered DON'T USE CROW CANYON FLORISTS!

I've been using them for years and they never disappoint. Staff goes out of their way to ensure satisfaction
