I have a 2004 TK Flow I Stair Lift which we purchased from a firm in Santa Cruz, Ca. This dealer went out of business and for the past 6 years, I've been looking for someone to get our stair lift going again. I was delighted when I discovered Diamond Elevator in the Yellow Pages. We were in desperate need of service because my 88 year old Mom could not get up the stairs anymore. Amy, in customer service, is top notch and got us an emergency service date. I was so relieved that this company knew all about the Flow and had experience with the product. Scott, the owner, did the call and was fabulous in figuring out our problem. He didn't give up when he ran into technical issues. We could not be more pleased and satisfied at the professionalism, resourcefulness, and friendly service we received. Their charge was reasonable and well worth it. Highly recommend!

When my 94 year old Mom’s stair lift chair became irreparable, we contacted the folks at Diamond Home Elevator in San Ramon. It was a pleasure doing business with this local family owned business. They gave us a great deal on a replacement stair lift chair, the customer service was excellent, and they were on time for the install. My Mom is very happy with her new chair lift and the warranty is outstanding. I highly recommend Diamond Home Elevator in San Ramon.

Scott and Justin then arrived at my home to access the situation. They were courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of my home and on time! I was kept up to date on the progress of parts needed and the time schedule. They gave me a very fair estimate and then came under that quote. I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Elevator.

Can not say enough good things about the repair crew and office staff at Diamond Home Elevator. My calls and emails were returned in a timely manner and the repair crew always showed up in the time frame agreed upon. After many years of dealing with another company with unsatisfactory results I'm grateful to have come across DHE.
