If you want to license case management software for your immigration law firm then I don’t think you can get a better brand than INSZoom. I have been using their software since 8 months and it’s been a delight for my team and the company’s productivity. From my experience of using the case management software, I believe INSZOom offers the most comprehensive software available on the market. Not sure about other immigration software products, but this software updates immigration forms within a day of its release which is commendable. The customer support team has always been exceptionally helpful except for once or twice when I could not get hold of them. However, so far we have had great professional relationship with INSZoom which my company intends to continue with on long term.

I agree with the previous reviews about INSZoom. The organization provides a sound working and learning environment for the employees.

We have used INSZOOM case management for almost 3 months now and have been extremely satisfied. Their customer service staff is not only highly responsive but they are actually a delight to work with. They have been quick to respond to any minor problems that come up, not that there have been many, and they are very amenable to integrating client suggestions into their product. We visited their offices prior to beginning our service and have been very impressed with the personal level of contact we have enjoyed with Umesh and the entire INSZOOM staff from the beginning.

Working with INSZoom is wonderful experience for any technical person. I would strongly recommend INSZoom.
