I ordered some items from their web site. When my package arrived, I discovered they had gotten my order wrong. I emailed their customer service for a return code as the site instructed, and was told I would get a return shipping label, No return code was provided. After waiting THREE WEEKS for them to send the return label, I sent the item back at my own expense. They have credited me for the item, but of course I have lost what I paid to ship the item back. I am very disappointed in the way they handled my return request.
