Our logistics company successfully moved over $50,000 in loads for them. They paid $6,400 and now (over 60 days later) are refusing to pay the balance. We have signed BOL's stating that all deliveries were made on time. We paid all of our expenses and personnel (so that they can feed their families) with the expectation that Sarens paid their bills.



Mark Curtis, in particular, is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. We are hoping that they will pay their balance, but were told yesterday by Mark Curtis and Kristi Tien that they are refusing to pay the $44,000 balance.



I would recommend NOT doing business with Sarens as they do not pay their bills. We should have referenced other bad reviews online before we agreed to foot their bills.
