OPEN NOW - Closes at 5:00pm

I called the number listed for this USPS office and keep getting a message that regular business hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm. I started calling at 8:32 am and my last attempt was at 10:30 am. It's one way to ignore those pesky customers.

I asked why I'm not getting my mail? Their response was I put my mail on hold it. But I didn't put a hold on my mail I'm waiting for a prescription. How can somebody put a hold on your mail without that person knowing about it? G I don't know was the response. Nothing but problems with this office sense the day we moved in.

Terrible service. It appears that they simply do not want to deliver any parcels that would not fit into the mailbox and want customers to pickup the parcels from the post office instead.

I have always had good service from the folks at the San Ramon post office. Sometimes the lines can be long, but the take the time to be sure they meet my needs and have always been courteous and friendy.
