Majoring in economics from Willamette university; HIS masters in accounting from the university of southern California; HIS license to practice AS a certified public accountant in California and oregon. Which allows HIM to practice in ALL 50 states. HE Also earned HIS certified Senior adviser designation and has been helping seniors with the sunset year financial issues for over 20 years. Bill has been very active with the TAMALPAIS high school alumni association. Serving AS their 1ST vice president. Major GIVING. HAVING been a scoutmaster. HE often serves on the eagle boards of review for the BOY scouts of america.
