Other than the ridiculous delivery radius, this location is very good, all the staff is very friendly, and they do deliver to my place of work, which is where I normally eat it, the sandwiches are always quick and delicious.

Yeah I live in San Tan Heights,the subdivision directly across the street from this store and they wouldn't deliver to me. He said I was 1 block outside the radius....unbelievable for a new business in town..

Their delivery radius is literally one mile - in San Tan Valley. Who said this was a good business model? Crazy!

Very disappointing to find out that they do not deliver to Johnson Ranch. They do not deliver south of Bella Vista, I find this ridiculous. Although it is very close and I could just drive there, was home sick and looking forward to the convenience of delivery today.
