I wish to express to the management office that Scott, the person who works in the Lake View Pool works very well: maintaining order and safety in the pool, kept clean and tidy spaces and attends with kindness to people who attend the pool.

Congratulations to JRCA by having this staff.

The Association lady! manager D. & her accomplice run the ranch like the movie "The Colony"!

They systematically look for any sign of weed in every front yard, even 1, to send letters threatening to charge you then if you don't cut that 1 weed they send their hired landscapers to walk allover your yard, poison your plants with weedkillers and do what they want then they charge you for their invasion. They sent me over 15 letters of threat while my front yard was manicured clean. When their landscaper stopped at our door he was carrying a long sheet full of nearly 100 names to trespass and charge that proved to me that I'm not their only victim. An income for the association! When I called to complain she put my voice on a speaker to record and I could hear her accomplice passing words to her. A year and half after I left Johnson Ranch I received a letter from Johnson Ranch's collection company threatening to sue me if I don't pay them hundreds of dollars!

I would not even cross Queen Creek (which neither has any queens nor creeks but lots of lizzards) for as long as I live.

Do not purchase a house or rent any house within the Johnson Ranch Association control. The office personnel of the association are militant, threatening to residents and very unprofessional. It took them several months to get us the key to the community pool (in the hottest part of the year) and when called they could care less on the phone. The first issue (and only) issue they have ever had with us was weed(s) in our lawn. No phone call, no email, no note, no knock on the door.. just a letter saying they were considering legal action against us for weeds.

Hitler complex big time... do not have anything to do with these people.
