If I could give less then 1 star I would. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Yes they are a less expensive storage and there is a reason for it. One the will never answer the damn phones so you can make a payment so if you are like me and put your stuff in there and then go out of state good luck making your payment in time and not incurring late fees. Two, yes you can pay online however if an error occurs on their end crediting your payment to someone else's account even with bank records they will not fix it forcing you to pay again. I also asked them for 7 months to change my address and email so I could recieve any notices from them and never done. I barely was able to get my belongings out of there and not auctioned off because my last two payments were not credited to me but to someone else and they refused to fix it. I only found out about the lien and auction because a friend of mine went to check the storage unit for me since I had to leave the state immediately after placing my belongings there due to domestic violence. This place is a joke. Everyone is a manager and no one answers phones or communicates with each other making it impossible to get anything done with them. Forget contacting corporate they just say oh well.
