This was the worst experience of our 3-month trip: abusive, angry reception staff, a dirty room and we never saw our deposit again. Just hope this review will help others avoid making the same mistake we did.



Note, they charge a $100 deposit per night then invent a reason to not repay it. Check out all the other reviews where this has happened, or where they cancel the booking for no reason then charge a hugely increased room rate.



Can't believe the Travelodge chain and the Wyndham Group put up with this sort behaviour at one of their member hotels, but BUYER BEWARE!

This was a horrible stay the desk clerk was rude and yelling at guests, however he did speak English, all goes downhill from there, the house keepers kick you out of your room and it takes 2 of them to explain that because I am not hispanic the house keeper was uncomfortable. I guess all white middle aged men are dangerous we were stuck for 5 days here and our company booked us rooms there 3 rooms, The breakfast was frozen bread goods and coffee so weak you could see the bottom of the cup. I will not subject myself to this place and will let my company know of how bad it is here. Dont stay here unless there is absolutely no where else to go or you speak Spanish fluently

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst experience of my life. When attempting to check into this location I was meet with hate, extreme rudeness and absolute disrespect. The man attempting to check me in was extremely disrespectful and falsely accused me of not being who I was. He screamed that I was trespassing. As a law abiding citizen who has stayed at many lodgings across the country I was shocked. Ive never experienced such outward discrimination and utter disrespect in my life. Did he not want black people at his hotel? Did I not dress the part. I had multiple forms of ID and a valid credit card. I will never recommend this place. Never. There are other hotels in this area. If you believe in equal rights and fair housing avoid this place. Please boycott places such at this that discriminate and refuse service to those based on the color of their skin!!! Hateful and shameful staff
