I selected this business over their competitors for several reasons. First, the not-so-good. Their timeliness was not as promised. They told me three weeks-it took them five weeks. Their communcation was not wonderful. I asked them to keep me up-to-date with the progress of my overhaul job, but I had to call them multiple times to get answers.
Now for the good stuff-their workmanship seems to be very good. Their price was more reasonable than their competitors. Their communication when I finally did reach them was acceptable (it would have been good if they had been proactive as I requested when I sent them the work). Would I do business with them again? Yes, but I hope it doesn't become necessary
