Drove in to get a repair estimate. Waited until man came back who was test driving. Sat around for 20 more minutes before receptionist had to go tell the man AGAIN (I heard her tell him the first time to test drive and give estimate.). Waited another 20 minutes. Came back & claimed to need some time to 'locate the part'. Ok, then call me. After two days, I called to see what happened. Was told I would get an estimate that afternoon. Another day went by, no call. BTW, I found the part on line in less than ten minutes. You have been warned. If a lower than single star was available, I would have picked that. I won't even let them change my oil. If your word is no good, what do you have left to offer?
