Don't use Robert mallory for anything. Sorry we had to live in a 50° house all winter with a small child because mallory lies and doesn't show up. Rob, u suck.
I'll never reccomend you or your crackhead crew to anyone. I'll never forget how we got screwed by mallory and I'll do my best to make sure you don't get business. You should be held responsible for your incompetence.

We found out our A/C fail when we arrived home on a Friday night. Our family was in the midst of a family emergency, and expected out of town family the next day. It was late August, 2016, late and HOT. Rob Mallory came out at 8pm, in the dark, and got it going for us. Had the parts in his truck. He was an asset to us beyond words. Thanks, Rob.

Has been a family tradition for over 50 years. We at Mallory Plumbing go above & beyond to try to please everyone.



Luke Barnes has tried in every way to get freebies & to ruine our company. We did his job & it passed inspection. Then it still didn't please him. So we hired another company and spent thousands of dollars out of our pocket to try and please him...So guess what he's still bashing our company.



As far as Katheryn goes she spent above her means on a vacation and then couldn't pay her contractors from what we were told.



Theirs always gonna be those type of people that want freebies or want the cheapest product & expect it to give them the cheapest utilities. We've stayed in business because we have a ton of repeat customers & we appreciate it. But we do not appreciate the ones being dishonest and wanting handouts!

Katherine> using people that were our employee that we fired to do plumbing after fired then blaming the job on our company is not very honest is it? We went back and fixed someone else's mistakes without getting the rest of our money. Also trying to contact the BBB & when you said false things we provided pictures & the truth.

These guys truly suck. Never show up, lie, then finally send out guys who don't know plumbing. Totally screwed up the plumbing on my new house, had to do everything over. I don't like liars. I definitely wouldn't recommend these guys to do anything.

First off, a 5 star review from your fiancé Kristi Robb shouldn't count as feedback. Second of all, we are still dealing with the financial and emotional toll wrought by Mr Mallory and his band of unprofessional employee's. Mr. Mallory was referred to us by UBuild It Tulsa as one of their preferred Vendors. Based on this, we thought we could trust him at his word. It starts off with being asked for draws to cover upcoming materials costs and labor. Then next comes the questionable work which begins to raise even the layman's eyebrows. After that comes no show, after no show, and no returned calls. Then when you ask for an accounting of missing parts, after paying an advance of $5000 for HVAC materials and $6000 of plumbing/labor materials......he becomes belligerent, verbally abusive, and threatening. This man came to my house with invoices for labor on days I KNOW they were not here because I was...and then he and another of his employees held my paid for alibi wrong condenser unit hostage unless I give him another $3000 whilst threatening me with a mechanics lien and cussing me. Now as it stands we have had to hire another HVAC professional and Plumber both of whom are horrified at the work that was completed (not completed). We have exposed sewage pipes, no vents, none of the pipes were glued, elbows upside down, pipes that don't meet code. 5 gallons of test water came crashing through the ceiling from upstairs, a gutted furnace, incorrect condenser unit, uncompleted ductwork, no thermostats, and the list just keep going. This is now costing $6k over the already $11k plus $3k of extortion money Robert Mallory took from us. This man is still working on projects with UBI I believe which absolutely terrifies me!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!

I agree don't waste your time. I called them everyday for four days and every time the gentleman on the phone said that they would be out that day and on the fourth day when his group of guys came out they did not know what they were doing and when I called him back to find out why he was very rude and I said I don't think I should have to pay for a 70 dollar service charge if they did not do anything and he said you know what don't pay them then and don't ever call us again . with pleasure.
