PF Chang's, the franchise, is one of our favorite restaurants, but our last service experience at this location was non-existent. The first problem that happened when we entered the restaurant is that we asked the host if we could sit in as private of an area as possible (i.e. a booth, etc). She said they didn't have anything available, and then proceded to sit us in the middle of the restaurant. Looking around, we saw plenty of booths available, but we didn't complain.



We looked over our menu for over 25 minutes without a single person waiting on us. Nearly every, if not every, server walked by our table without looking at us or saying a word to us. No drink order, no "I'll be right with you". Finally, after that time, as I started to look very angry (I'm sure) a server finally took notice and offered to find our server (and he did offer to take our drink order at that point). However, we were so angry, we just no longer wanted to eat there. So, we left. It should be noted that the management was just as much at fault for not noticing us either. Someone should've been watching the floor, especially since their servers are too immature to handle the job. I don't see us coming back to this location ever again. Based on Yelp, this seems to be a recurring issue.

Always have a good experience at this restaurant. Great management, staff, food, and atmosphere.

Great place to go, we especially like the on-line ordering and pick up service they have. The food is much better than any chinese resturants. We'll never eat at another chinese dive again!
