The owner of this antiques shop makes stopping worth it! He's wonderful - very informative, knows a lot about local history and Detroit history, has great stories to tell and is basically a lot of fun. Shop is smaller and mix is eclectic. In the midst of a little of this and a little of that, he'll have a fabulous oil painting that's amazing and worth a great deal or some other rare item or two. We stop here whenever we're in the area just to check out what he has and to chat. He was on The Antiques Road Show TV show when it was filmed at Cobo Hall in Detroit several months ago, having a couple of items he had appraised, which is also kinda neat. He made the show because the items were so fabulous and one had been for sale in his shop.
