I love working with the people at this clinic the veterinarians are very kind to the animals And knowledgeable in their area of expertise. The clinic is well maintained very clean and orderly.

There is one lady in particular that works in front that is mean and treats people like dirt. I took my dog to them for help, yet ended up with a $500 vet bill and no answers. When I returned to refill the 'unlimited refill' medicine, I was given a lot of argument from that one lady and treated as if I was trying to abuse the medicine. She ended up denying one med, and reluctantly filling the other even though I showed her that BOTH my refill notes stated unlimited refills. After my dogs "probable diagnosis", I was sent home with no hope and relatively no answers. The vet never called after the visit to ask how my dog was doing, and never cared to followup, nor did they even ask how she was doing when I would return for her much needed meds. She ultimately passed away, but being the most expensive vet facility around, I would expect much better treatment than what I received. I will never be back, and I would rather drive an hour than to return here. Don't waste your money. Find another who actually cares about your fur babies.
