You all know I love supporting local businesses. Last night I went to cobbs icecream in sandusky ohio and ask specificly banana split with no nuts and I got home to bit into my icecream low and behold nuts in my icecream and I ended up have a server allergic reaction. Luckly I know what to do when I have one but my lips swell up and my tounge. When I called the Manger back today she said nothing can do u had to bring it back lastnight and hung up on me. Didn't even care her worker basically almost killed me. No I'm sorry or anything. I will never give my busness to them agian. That manager we rude and didn't even care about her customers. Please let your family and friend know go check there icecream b4 eatting it even if u order no nuts because they don't seem to care there if I could give 0 stars I would.

Waited for 3 minutes for the kid behind the counter to help us while he just kept on ignoring us while looking at us from the corner of his eyes. Finally, Comes up to us and says "we're closed". Keep in mind, they have their hours listed online as closing at 10pm. The clock inside the shop directly behind him says 8:55 and so I asked what time they close and he tells me 9...so I of course point out it's not even 9 yet. He tells me that they don't go by that clock (even though it's correct) they go "by the one on the microwave". So after several minutes of plain ignoring us, we are refused service because some kids closed up shop early so they could go home and play video games I presume. Someone else that wanted it got my $ tonight, and I won't be back. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Love going here! Great ice cream, plenty of choices.

these guys have great ice cream and tons of different things to choose from, u name it, they have it n more, however the staff is very rude and imature, although i love the place i dont go as often because of the rudness and inconsideration of employees.
