Cold, old pizza, and Joe the manager does not care about customer service.
I live in Sandusky, Ohio, and my family and I love the thin crust pizza! About 10 minutes ago I got home with a thin crust pizza that was not right. It was not hot, and the cheese did not look right, it was definitely old. When I went to the drive-through, the man yelled that he was taking the last thin crust. This usually is never a problem, because they sell so fast they have always been hot. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, the man who answered the phone said he was a manager. I told him about the situation, and he asked me to come back with the pizza. I told him that my children were getting ready for bed, and that I could not. He said what do you want me to do for you? I told him that I would like to come pick up another pizza tomorrow. He said that he could not because he had to scan the pizza. I asked him for the name of the district manager. He said that he was the highest person there. I asked him for the name of the owner, and he said that they did not have owners only corporate. I asked him for his name, and he told me that it was Joe. I asked him for his last name, and he told me that I don’t need his last name just use Joe. He was extremely rude, and I did not appreciate it! Cold, old pizza, and a rude manager have me strongly considering not frequenting this Little Cesars again.
