My last minute request to get my Uncle from Sandusky to the Cleveland's airport was accommodated by Majestic Taxi. Thank you and your team for being flexible and helping my Uncle get into the airport so he could enjoy Thanksgiving with his sister.

After consistently using them for both my personal transportation needs as well as my medical needs I called them today and I was told 15 to 20 minutes the driver was over an hour late say that it was because of traffic there was no traffic this is Wednesday. I could charge the same rate for the past several months and I've been using them and today with the driver pulled up and I gave him a 20 if I see you to give me back $10 in change my mind you I did have another person with me but I've never been charged for the other person because she's my caregiver. When I disputed the mount that I was being charged I was told that he was going to come right back and bring me my change after waiting for over 40 minutes I found the call dispatch and asked him what was going on she said that she would call him and find out. I waited another 15 minutes and call the second time at which point I was told that the owner who was the one who is been charging me the same rate all this time.

When they say 15min. They are at your location on time. Nice people that drive the Taxi. I would recommend this Taxi to all of my friends

They had me waiting for a hour just to never show up. I kept calling they never answered. Picking me up they were 40 minutes late. Just call someone else if you want to get to your destination. I wouldn't recommend it to my enemy.
