Dropped off shoes Fremont shop to be picked up Oct 17. That day they were closed. No one answers phone at either Fremont or Sandusky

So far, not so happy. Dropped off a purse for repair in October. Didn't hear anything by Dec. 23 so went in. They couldn't find the purse and I was informed that they would look for it in Sandusky office and call me back. So far, I haven't heard anything and neither phone number picks up! To be continued...
