Had an unexpected issue with our Mountaineer come up. Spoke with the service manager Ken Daniels and he stepped up and worked with us to get it back on the road. Service writer Jordan kept me informed with the parts delay which was greatly appreciated! I had to stop into Toms office which he is the general manager to tell him how great of service I got from them.

I have purchased 4 cars in the last 6 years and this was by far the best experience. Not pushy and very relaxed! Thanks!

drove off the lot with 13000 car "granted it was an as is sale"... only to find out 2 days later no brake lights... think that would be a must check for safety... emailed them was asked what did you get a ticket.... was not told there was 1 set of keys to a vehicle that remotes are set to the personal settings... asked if they could call previous owner... as it was trade in.. never got a response.. 2 weeks after sale 5 year boy is handing me a shotgun shell he found in truck... mind you this truck has been detailed... wrote an email... no response... service obviously sucks as these three things would warrant some kind of answer or acknowledgement
