The post on this site reporting that Attorney Krista Carls is being investigated is COMPLETELY FALSE and is being generated by a disgruntled individual that Krista Carls was successful in getting a judgement against them on behalf of her client. I would encourage you to contact the ARDC who will confirm the fact that there is no such ongoing investigation.
This information was posted by an extremely unsavory individual who has broken the law on numerous occasions.

My experience was nothing but horrible. Day one of meeting her, she was extremely rude & I was hurt by her words leaving her office. I thought, maybe her being so rude & aggressive, that's what I need to win my case. Not the case. One day at court, everyone was waiting on Krista. The judge was about to continue the case to another date, as I couldn't have that happen. My mom called her, asking when she'd be there. She told my mother to f**k off & hung up on her. At this point, I was not in a good place to switch lawyers, so I continued dealing with someone that was very disrespectful towards me. I've been going through a custody battle for over a year now. Krista would say "kids are nothing but a**holes now a days". Would tell me, "u don't want to see your daughter right now, look how she's being". Any parent out there will disagree with that, we want nothing more, than to see our kids. I've heard more wrong about my daughter & nothing but bashing of her from Krista. Krista was hired to help me with my daughter. She did nothing of the sort. I had Krista as a lawyer for five months. She would file motions without talking to me or getting my approval. The last two months, I've texted Krista numerous times, called & have sent out multiple emails. Simply asking what's going on, any news, what are these new motions, & even that I have money for her. The day I saw her for my court date, she asked about the money. I said I didn't have it with because I've never gotten a response but can bring it by today. She explained how disrepecful it was that I wasn't paying monthly as she's trying to run a new business, & she'd have over a million dollars from all the client's that have not payed. I asked if that's why she hasn't gotten a hold of me. She stated, "I only talk to the clients that pay". Then withdrew from being my lawyer. Within two weeks of finding a new lawyer, she just sued me for the money. Took just two weeks! Money that she did not work for. Completely sickened.

This is Krista Carls. Kristi Oberg is my client and my friend. She did not post what is written here. We are trying to find out how to remove it. Her ex, Garry Chrispin posted it in her name after we beat him in court. There are no pending investigations against me. This is completely false.
