My husband and I are both professionals make a very good living and these guys wouldn't give us the time of day. We went in on a Friday late morning and the salesman who they assigned to us blew us off in about 2 minutes. What a Jerk! How do they stay in business? I will tell every one we know is is RV shopping our story with Johnson RV and advise they go instead to Rally Auto Group on SE 82nd. Nice, nice folks who do NOT work on commission. We were treated with respect.

It has been a pretty frustrating deal so far.
We "purchased" an RV from Johnson a month ago but have yet to take delivery due to delay after delay by them.
There are mechanical issues that can't seem to get resolved. Neither the service department nor the sales staff has called to explain the delays nor to smooth customer relations.
We were verbally told that if the RV could not pass the mechanical inspection that we would not be obligated to purchase it, but the wording in the contract says that we are stuck with the purchase no matter IF they can ever deliver it or not.
There are no prices listed, and they fluctuate by thousands of dollars.

It feels like we're dealing with sleazy used car dealers.
This is our first, and will probably be our last RV purchase.

My husband and I had a NIGHTMARE experience at Johnsons and lost between $15 and $20 thousand dollars on a new Jayco Greyhawk we bought. We used it 3 times and 2 of those we broke down and had to be towed. Johnson repeatedly "fixed" it and it just never ran right. Jayco wouldn't help out and so we decided we would never trust it again so they bought it back and will resell it to some poor unsuspecting person. I guarentee it will break down again! They should have deemed it a lemon (because it was) and worked with us to get another one. I would never recommend buying anything from Johnson RV or the Jayco corporation!! Please beware.....
