Avoid this place unless you know enough about cars to be a mechanic yourself. I came here to get one problem resolved, a squeaking noise that seems to happen when I start my car in the morning. I give my car to them and ask for an estimate. They come back and give me a huge list of problems as well as stating which have to do with my squeaking problem while going into a huge spiel of specialized knowledge that I can't follow. I ask them to fix whichever has to do with the squeaking problem and give me an estimate on the rest when I leave.



They bring out my car, tell me its done and I drive it home. Next day I start my car and not only is there still a squeaking noise but now my check engine light is on. I take it back and say the problem is still there and now the check engine light is on and drop my car off with them. I come back and the manager Edwin Diaz say that the check engine light has been resolved and that the squeaking noise will require more work on the muffler. To their credit they did not charge me the second time. At this point I decide to get a second opinion and take it to another shop.



Soon the check engine light is back and I take it to another shop. Within a few minutes they explain that I have to have a few belts replaced and it has nothing to do with the muffler. I come back to the shop and ask for my money back since they did not resolve the issue and the manager Edwin Diaz refuse.



I will admit that I have little to no knowledge on the intricacies of cars or their problems so maybe they fixed another issue I was not aware of. However, if I go to a restaurant and order a steak dinner and get brought out some fish sticks, then ask for what I ordered, and get brought out chicken nuggets while then having my soda spilled on me I would expect an apology and my money back.



Bottom line is I brought my car in to get a problem resolved and left twice with the problem unresolved and an additional problem on top of it. This is not acceptable trade for my money.
