We just moved in 3 weeks ago. From the beginning the lady Mel in the leasing office was very condescending and rude to us. The apartment we were suppose to get on the 25th floor was not ready. They tried to give us an un-rennovated unit after we were told if we pay $150 more we would get an updated unit. We ended up having to move to a much lower floor that was INFESTED WITH ROACHES. We noticed 1 dead and 1 alive when we did the walk through but didn't think anything of it, until they started crawling out everywhere in the night. Walk into the bathroom, see 3+ roaches, walk into the kitchen and see 4+ roaches. It is absolutely ridiculous when you pay $1500/month for rent to be live with roaches. Today I saw one on my bed and one in my fridge. I am so disgusted. I wish they would let me break my lease. I don't feel comfortable in my own home. TAKE MY WORD. THEY LOOK NICE on the OUTSIDE but are POORLY MANAGED, INFESTED WITH ROACHES, HAVE NO PARKING. I would never recommend this place. I wish I would've listened to the reviews.
