i've been having shoulder pain for as long as I can remember and have tried everything. Somethings helped a little bit and others didn't help at all. So I went to Action Health looking for an alternative treatment. They told me about Prolotherapy treatment and the whole thing lasted about 1 hour. It wasn't the most comfortable thing, I wouldn't really say it was painful... The results were fantastic, i'm very pleased so far (it's been about 4 months)... I am going to do my other shoulder this week for sure.
