Poor Customer service and Follow up

My family purchased a unit from their sales rep, spend more money due to the great sale and information we got and then it all went from bad to worse.no follow up calls, poor scheduling or appointments, and when i called on numerous occasions to get the unit fired up for the first time and set up, i was not called back or contacted for almost 3 weeks. Then I was told how they do it and how their tech schedule it, as if I was supposed to know this internal process. Their office person Angie is rude and unhelpful and I will tell everyone what a poor experience I had. Should have gone to Hearth and Home, who was a little less expensive but at least called me to see if I ended up making a purchase and that I was taken care of. You would think in this economy companies would have better than poor ettiquette and customer service.
