In response to AWFUL I apologize upfront for whatever has happened to you. It would be nice to hear in person wht all the issues are. I have checked with all my employees and doctors, they cannot recall a client wha was so upset over a medical issue. If this is financial issue tell us how we can improve. Our financial policy has not changed in over 10 years. We feel we charge a fair fee for our services. We are not a non profit orginzation. We have obligations to our employees, doctors, insurance, taxes and medical supplies. This is all part of running a business. If you can pay for all these obligations and not charge a fair fee let me know. We work hard everyday to accomdate each of our clients needs.

The worst experience ever! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. They are not in the business to take care of your pet...they are just looking at the $$$ signs! It's unfortunate b/c of the location, but after the ordeal I've been going through, I'd drive to another state before going to them again. Ever since the old doc retired, the daughter who's the office manager and condescending witch, the place has gone down hill from what I've heard and now have experienced! Save yourself the grief and save your pet!
