Provided by YP.comThis was the worst office visit I have ever had. Dr. Chou cares more about billing and making money than patient care or making her clients happy.
The office staff is very frustrating as well. If you have any questions the immediatly go defensive instead of trying to take care of the problem. I was hung up on 3 times by the receptionist for talking to loudly!! Seriously! I was not yelling, just talking to loudly for her taste.
