Terrible customer service. I literally did not get a word in and I hear the lady whisper to someone else and say, "This is the lady that keeps calling." Keep in mind, this is the first time I was calling... I proceed to continue without calling her out on her rudeness (even if I had called, it's rude to say), and ask her if she had a certain collection available. Being slightly unfamiliar with the way the collection worked, she was still very unhelpful and unwilling to guide me along the process. I felt like I was an inconvenience and will not be shopping here or recommending it to anyone in the future.

This store was horrible!! The first time I went in they weren't too bad, but you could immediately tell that they were extremely fake about being interested in what I responded to all of their "set" list of questions they ask, responding with their voices up to shrill level to feign interest. The only reason I ended up buying from them was because the dress I settled for was an older style and ended up being on sale. Once they found out that I wasn't going to spend that much on they dress, I might as well have rung myself up and bagged the dress myself because they were on to the next customer or any phone call that came in. And at the end, when I was re-trying on my favorites, she was over on their computer playing solitaire or some other card game and didn't assist me at all even though I was the only one there in the store. And I wasn't able to have my mom or sisters there to help me either so it was extremely upsetting to be treated like a second class person. Shame on them!

Bridal Expressions has a lot to offer! They specialize in modest wedding gowns, almost everyone I know can always find something they just love at Bridal Expressions. Their modest prom and modest wedding gowns are designer quality and don't look like any other bridal shops around, this store is anything but cookie cutter. From the minute you walk in to Bridal Expresssions you know you've found the best bridal shop in Salt Lake. It's hip and moder and so are the dresses. I would recommend this shop to anyone (and I do) I found my dream dress there and I am sure you will too.

I went to Bridal Expressions looking for my wedding dress and I didn't have to go anywhere else. The service was great!!! They brought me lots of dresses and helped me getting into them. They do have an in house seamstress and she works really fast. I had plenty of time for alterations and fittings but I know that if I needed my dress in a week they would have it ready. The price was great!!! My dress was only $500 but I saw some cheaper than that. They have all kinds of styles from modern to classic. Always modest too. A week after my purchase I got a thank you card from them which I though was nice. Little things like that show they aprecciate your business I would totally recommend Bridal Expressions to my girlfriends!!

Excellent Store for Modest Wedding Dresses as Well as Prom. They were had fast, friendly knowledgeable service. They also have an in-house seamstress that fitted my dress in a hurry. They had a large selection to chose from and was one of only a few places that sold dress that cover garments.
