Hands down the best experience I've had with a dog groomer. Chris is so knowledgeable and she listens to what you want and she can actually make it happen. She has so much experience with dogs and her grooming skills are impecable. Chris knows how to your pup look like a pampered pooch (including a bow tie or ribbon :). Take in your hairy little beast and come back a few hours later to a beautiful show worthy dog. My mini schnauzer actually likes to go to Coats-N-Tails and get pampered. It's like a spa day for him. You can't beat the price for the care and quality of grooming she gives each individual dog. Give it a try, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Chris is an excellent groomer who makes my baby, bear, feel loved. Bear is always so happy after Chris takes care of him. She is willing to go the extra mile on the finishing touches if you want. Her shop is always clean when I go there and that is always a plus in my book! Thanks for taking care of my baby for all these years.

I wouldn't take my dog here ever again. The place stinks and the groomer doesn't do a very good job.
