8 pieces of silk, Johnny Was, clothing and HIGH hoodie RUINED! I have been taking my dry cleaning to Country Cleaners for 8 years. Including my FotoFly business Santa suits for cleaning. Larry was always amazing to handle concerns and I was always happy with the cleaning results. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at this business. A few months ago I picked up my clothing and just hung everything in my closet when I got home. A few weeks later I opened up the plastic to retrieve an outfit and found the pockets on the pants I was putting on had runs. I then started looking at the other items in the plastic. All of the silks had runs and holes in them and one designer hoodie from HIGH had snags all over the front of it (like Velcro had been taken to it). With my very busy schedule I was unable to return to the store with the RUINED clothing and complaint until a few weeks later.
I left a note for Managment and even wrote an email. No response. When I called today I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I’m beyond LIVID!!!
