Customer service was okay, doctors and eyeglass technician were not. First doctor gave me a wrong prescription for contact lenses. I went a second time, was treated rudely by the second doctor who agreed with the first doctor that my prescription had not changed since my last eye appointment (with a totally different doctor and company) and yet he STILL gave me a prescription for contact lenses that was different from the lenses I am currently wearing AND a different prescription from the 1st doc. I have the trial pair of lenses he gave me and I'm not convinced they have it right. When I asked the customer service people if I could use my old prescription they told me that contact lens prescriptions expire so no. BUT I CAN ORDER THEM ON 1800CONTACTS WITH NO PROBLEMS!!My husband purchased a pair of glasses. They thought it was okay to try to give him a new pair of glasses with a huge scratch in one of the lenses. We waited another week for the lenses that were on back order.

Terrible customer service, low quality products, rip off pricing options. Had to have glasses returned four times. Each time just picking them up and looking at them the lenses were obviously not correct, but rather than look at them to determine standard of quality I would have to call them ask if the glasses were (they said they would call). Tell me yes, I would come down and just ask them did anyone look at this quality?? Go to Walmart!
