Horrific customer service by Tiffany and a manager "Allie" who was only available by phone and I was not allowed to talk to "per policy". Would not refund my money after I told Tiffany the bed cooling unit was not working. After Tiffany's official hand check to see if the cooling unit was functioning in her professional opinion it was fine and "it usually bowls warm air like that". Really?? Then she said she would put me in a lower grade stand up bed, I said no I will not down grade and asked for a refund. Walks into the bathroom call her manager comes back 4 minutes later "Humm Yeah per policy we don't refund people's money"(That's actually theft). Young Tiffany turned in to a 2 year old and told me she has the right to refuse people service and she did not like me being mean to her. I said I'm not being mean you just don't like what I'm saying. Shame I've been a costomer at that salon for well over 25 years. I will never go back. Plenty of other better tanning salons to go to. Palm Beach Tan is much better they have higher quality beds, the salons are clean and they actually train the staff in customer service.

this salon was so dirty! the towel was still damp and the employee wouldn't give me a new one. I will never go back again.

They girls were very helpful to get me tanned for my cruise. I have never done this before and it was fun to do.
