You do NOT get what you pay for ! They charged me $499 for a crown just because I did not have the coupon advertising crowns for $299. When I asked for a credit on future dental work, they refused and refused a $200 refund. NOT a good way to do business !

I'm went to the office, they treated me very nice, they did a great job, Doctor Erickson was wonderful and very kind, I didn't feel any pain, they have wonderful price, it was 30% less than my old dentist. I recommend them to everyone.
My teeth are beautiful and my family did their treatment there too, everyone is very happy with the service.

I have a good experience at grandpa's dental .

The company has been slapped with an "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau for seven complaints relating to either services and billing issues.



Court records show that Grandpa's Dental has been ordered to pay nearly $3000 to settle court cases with two different Grandpa's Dental customers since 2012.



State records show that Grandpa's Dental was cited by the Utah Division of Consumer Protection in June 2014 over-billing issues that include failing to provide a refund to someone who made a valid refund request.



Grandpa's Dental didn't want to talk about Clarence on camera. Via email, someone who refused to identify himself or herself did answer questions.



He or she blamed turnover in the dental office for not being responsive to Clarence's refund request and that person said they would investigate.

Grandpas Dental has helped me with all my dental needs. The staff is amazing and the doctors very qualified. I highly recommend them to all who need teeth toneat at a great price!

Horrible experience. Don't waste your money. Very unprofessional staff and service. People were arguing (the staff) while myself and other patients were awaiting our services. Avoid this place.

They did a terrible job!!! I saved money initially due to their low prices, but ended up paying more than the quotes from the more expensive places. They poked me with the needle multiple times for one shot of novacain because they couldn't get the right spot. Then they didn't even wait for the numbing to begin, they just went straight to drilling! They did such a horrible job, I had to go to another dentist to get it done right!!! I didn't save any money or time going to Grandpa's Dental! Do Not Go to this place!!!
