DON'T USE THIS ATTORNEY. He files documents without your review, which contain errors. I e-mailed, called, left messages etc. for weeks this year without a response. I finally received a call back when I threatened a bar complaint. He has never sent me a document received from the creditors, court, etc. I researched and paid for the documents myself. Not having this information timely became problematic when I found out myself there were several serious mistakes he made. He refuses to acknowledge these mistakes (nor has he denied them). He continues to file court documents without forwarding to me to review (which I request) and charges me extra for them. I still have never received a copy of them. He would not assist me further and has left me owing money in a Chapter 13 which I don't owe. I have called several attorneys and they do not want to clean up his mess. On a side note, several months ago his entire staff were gone (not employed there), his office disarrayed, and new staff scrambling.
